Refund policy

At Florilegium Paris, we want every experience with our products and workshops to feel as intentional and joyful as the craft itself. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it so.

DIY Kits — Unopened

If you change your mind, you may return any unopened kit within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original, sealed packaging

• Unused and in the same condition in which they were received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (see below).

 

DIY Kits — Opened or Defective

We do not accept returns on opened kits unless the item is faulty, damaged, or wide different from what was described.

If your kit arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@florilegiumparis.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

For confirmed defective or damaged items, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

 

Workshops — Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy for in-person workshops held in Paris:

Cancellation 7 days or more before the workshop dateYou are entitled to a full refund of your booking fee. Please email us at hello@florilegiumparis.com with your booking details to initiate the process.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the workshop date

We are able to offer a 50% refund of the booking fee. As our workshops are small and intimate, last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, and this policy allows us to continue offering accessible, high-quality sessions.

If Florilegium Paris cancels or reschedules a workshop

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or significantly reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date — whichever you prefer.

 

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please reach out to us at:

• Subject line: “Return Request — [Your Order Number]”

We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union Consumer Rights

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive

2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened kits or products that have been partially used

• Perishable or personalised items

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at hello@florilegiumparis.com.
