Every order that leaves our Paris atelier is prepared by hand, with care — wrapped thoughtfully, ready to travel. Here's everything you need to know before your package finds its way to you.


Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.


Shipping Rates

We ship from Paris to all European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

Free shipping on all orders over €150.

For orders under €150, shipping costs vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


United Kingdom

We're happy to ship to London and across the UK. Please be aware that since Brexit, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.


Tracking Your Order

All shipments are sent as tracked parcels. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.


Packaging

We believe that how something is wrapped matters as much as what's inside. Your order will arrive wrapped in pages from vintage books — each one unique, reclaimed, and given a second life. It's our small way of honouring slowness, story, and the beauty of things that have already lived.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@florilegiumparis.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment and find a solution together.

Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy seasons or across international borders.
