Natural dyeing is a living craft — colors and results may vary depending on the materials, water, and conditions used. Please note that product appearance may also differ from how it appears on your screen due to your device’s display settings.We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased will meet your expectations or be identical to those depicted in our store. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Florilegium Paris reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Florilegium Paris confirms acceptance and your payment has been received and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Florilegium Paris may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Florilegium Paris ships DIY kits across Europe. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services — including all trademarks, brand identity, text, images, photography, graphics, video, audio, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by Florilegium Paris or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
